Giving loving support for new parents once their baby arrives home

Assisting parents along their journey into new parenthood providing loving guidance, support & positive energy

Hourly rates available with a 12 hour minimum package

12 hour overnight rate available to assist parent in getting much needed rest

1 hour sessions to help moms feel great as their bodies transition post-pregnancy

Emphasis on pelvic floor work and fun exercises you can do while wearing your baby too!
