Mission Statement

My role as your Doula is to provide loving physical and emotional support for both parents and to provide and honor your birth vision/plan.  I accomplish this by establishing a relationship with your family, while having an active role in developing and executing your birth plan together. 

I will provide you with birth preparation and teaching comfort measures during our prenatal sessions.  I will hold “sacred space” for you from the moment that I become your Doula; and will be your “wings” of support during your prenatal, birth, and postpartum journey.
